If your excursion requires flights and travel insurance, the Bookings Team can organise this for you. Some schools prefer to make their own flights and travel insurance arrangements – it’s totally up to you!

Our Tour Planning Team specialise in meticulously planning and booking your itinerary.
Your dedicated Tour Planner will liaise with you to book your itinerary to your requirements – based on the best availability at the time of booking.
You’ll receive an Excursion Kit containing your booked and confirmed itinerary and helpful stuff – like “what to bring” along with pre and post excursion resource information.
