The Tour Planning Team is the engine room of Macquarie Educational Tours, specialising in carefully planning and booking your itinerary.

Your assigned Tour Planner will collaborate with you to book an itinerary tailored to your requirements, considering the best availability at the time of booking.
You’ll receive an Excursion Kit containing your booked and confirmed itinerary and helpful information – like “what to bring” along with pre and post excursion resource information.
